Ashland

Ashland is situated in South Milton Keynes. One of the first brownfield sites in Milton Keynes, which is being redeveloped for housing by English Partnerships as part of a regeneration scheme. The site clearance and infrastructure, involving the relocation of the Greyhound Stadium, was led by English Partnerships and is complete. The balancing lake (which can be seen from the A5) has been turned into an ornamental pool, which features a fountain set against an attractive walled backdrop. The site will include 376 homes in total (30% of which will be affordable, provided by Midsummer Housing Association), plus a local centre.

Ashland takes its name from the land on which it was built dating back to 1781.

Nearest amenities are situated in Netherfield, Tinkers Bridge, Walton Hall, Woughton Park, Walton, Walton Park and Simpson.
