Peartree Bridge, Woughton on the Green and Monkston Park



Peartree Bridge is a residential area south east of Central Milton Keynes. It is home to Triceratops, a concrete dinosaur sculpture and the Milton Keynes Marina (pictured below).Woughton on the Green is a residential area situated south east of Central Milton Keynes. It has parkland and historic buildings.

Peartree Bridge is named after an ancient bridge in the area and the street names are based on local history.Woughton-on-the-Green is listed in the Domesday Book as Ulchetone and the village centres on a 14th Century church.Also in the village is Woughton Vineyard, which produces white abd rose wines.
