Westcroft

This area is to the west of the city and incorporates a large district shopping area with a Morrisons supermarket and other large retail units. Westcroft District Centre is a large retail development that serves the west side of Milton Keynes (Tattenhoe, Emerson Valley, Furzton, Shenley Brook End, Shenley Lodge, Oakhill, Shenley Wood, Shenley Chrurch End and West Bletchley). The area took its name from an early medieval name.

The nearest schools are Emerson Valley Combined and Shenley Brook End for secondary education. The new school, Giles Brook Combined, is in the Tattenhoe Estate 0.35km
