PDSA offers free health ‘MOT’ to Luton dogs

Local dog owners can bring their four-legged friend for a free health check in Luton from Wednesday 12 to Sunday 16 August, as part of the annual nationwide PetCheck tour by leading veterinary charity PDSA.

A custom-designed PetCheck vehicle will be at the following locations:

Wednesday 12 - Luton Regional Sports Centre, St Thomas Road @ 10am to 5pm

Thursday 13 - Stockwood Park, Farley Hill @ 10am to 5pm

Friday 14 - Hockwell Ring Community Centre, Mayne Avenue @ 10am to 5pm

Saturday 15 - Lewsey Park, Service Road, Pastures Way @ 10am to 5pm

Sunday 16 - The Purley Centre Car Park, Purway Close @ 10am to 4pm

All owners are welcome to attend with their dogs. An on-board PDSA veterinary nurse will provide free health checks; examining the dog’s weight, body shape, teeth, eyes, coat condition and general fitness.
