Everyone needs a good neighbour and this award will be given to the neighbour who is always there when you need them. It can be someone who has been doing errands or maybe they have just been a kind friend and good neighbour to you over the years. |

This award is for a courageous child up to the age of 18. Do you know of someone who is a shining example to their parents, who has overcome adversity or fought to combat an illness or disability. |

| This award will be presented to someone who has tirelessly worked for charity, showing dedication and commitment, and has raised a substantial amount for that charity. |

This is for someone under 18 who has achieved great things in sport, represented their school or achieved distinction in some other field. |

Someone over the age of 55 a mature person, who continues to achieve great things at work, in their profession, in the field of sport, or a hobby or pastime

This will be someone who cares for or fosters a child or children whether they are related or not, caring privately or in an organisation and going above and beyond the normal call of duty. |

This will be an individual or a team that goes that extra mile when it comes to customer service.
Once shortlisted a visit to experience the customer service could be done. |

| This project should demonstrate originality. Its purpose within the community, and evidence on how it has impacted on the people of MK. |

Nominees should be individuals or teams from Community Safety Wardens, Parish Wardens etc to an individual member of the public who has tackled crime, disorder or anti social behaviour.

A school that has shown unity, purpose and/or achievement though not necessarily measured by the number of exams passed |

Individuals or groups whose efforts have impacted positively on their community with, for example, litter picking, underpass painting etc, but not a company sponsored community scheme carried out by staff. |
